Is Cash on Delivery option available on ordering with Food Indulge?As most the orders are tailored to specific requirement of the customer 100% advance with order confirmation is required.

What is the estimated delivery period once an order is placed?All products except Cakes can be delivered on the same day subject to stock availability and store timings. If the order is received post store timing, the order will be fulfilled by the next working day.

How will my order be delivered?The order are available for Self Pick up from Food Indulge Kitchen. However, if the delivery is required, the same shall be arranged through Swiggy Genie/ Dunzo/ Ola and are payable at customer’s end as per actuals.

What is the process for order cancellation and Refunds?As the orders are tailored to specific requirements of the customer, we regret our inability to alter/ cancel any item once the order is made with us.

How many days before should we confirm the order?We recommend our customers to order 2 days in advance to ensure hassle less delivery.

Do you have same day delivery option?We have same day delivery options only for a select few products. Subject to availability and time of order confirmation from the customer.
